Haier (Hefei) Industrial Park

The construction of the 800 mu Haier (Hefei) Industrial Park commenced in the Hefei National-level Economic and Technological Development Zone in March 2000, with an investment of RMB 10 billion. Now it has been completed and put into operation. The total sale revenue would be RMB 100 billion after the project going to operation. Project items in the park include:

-Network digital color TV project: To produce international leading level network digital color TV sets, with an annual production of 1.5 million sets.
-Freon-free environment-friendly air-conditioner project: To produce 700,000 sets of Freon-free environment-friendly air-conditioners per year. It is a hi-tech project under State support.
-Individualized washing machine project: To produce 1 million sets of individualized washing machines per year to meet the needs of different consumers.
-Haier (Hefei) special steel plate project: To produce color steel plates for household appliances and the construction sector, fixed-size materials as well as color steel plates for washing machines, air-conditioners and color TV sets. -Huodong packaging project: To develop and produce foam and foam products for the production of Haier air-conditioners, washing machines and color TV sets in Hefei.
-Seascape packaging project: To produce paper packaging boxes for the production of Haier air-conditioners, washing machines and color TV sets in Hefei.
-Tianda plastic and metal work project: To produce advanced plastic molds and precision processing parts for Haier Group and local companies.
-Haiyi plastic project: To have an annual production of 3.2 million sets of plastic parts.

Haier (Hefei) Industrial Park is Haier's biggest B2B manufacturing base in the middle and western areas of China. Manufacturing enterprises in the park can purchase, manufacture and sell by placing orders through an advanced e-business platform. Therefore, the "three zero" goal (zero distance between manufacturers and consumers, zero stock and zero occupation of funds) can be realized.
