Haier Jiaonan Plant

Haier Jiaonan Plant is located in Jiaonan City. The construction of the industrial complex was started on February 28, 2005 and the 18.7 ha. Phase 1 plant was completed for operation in November, 2005, involving with manufacture of air conditioners, color televisions and washing machines and VMI supplier management and precision injection molding. The 20 ha. Phase 2 project houses production facilities of steam ovens and relative accessories, and the living quarter of employees. In line with Haier's strategy, "Low cost, high quality, high growth and high added value", domestic and overseas market demands for Haier products have seen continuous increase. ction of Haier's policy "to develop markets and then build production plants".
The decision to build an industrial plant in Jiaonan was made in February, 2005 and the plant was put into operation in June of the same year.
Immediately after being put into operation, the plant manufactured appliances in full load. By September, 2005, output of Haier Jiaonan was 150% of its design capacity.
