Question The application/SW that downloaded from web (market) cannot work in the phone

Answer

1. The is complied with Android 4.4 or 5.0 , please make sure the SW is design for support Android 4.4 or 5.0 system.

2. If the software can run well in other Android 4.4 or 5.0 system, please help to send the APK files back, our engineer will analysis your issue

3. All of embedded Apps were passing with verification, please use the embedded App(s) first instead of downloading any similar App(s).
