Question: How a compressor invertor works(UK)?

Answer:

Invertor is changing the frequency of the alternating current. The ordinary frequency is 50 or 60Hz, between the main control board and the compressor, there is a inverter board which can change the frequency, then the speed will change with the changing frequency, such as 120Hz, the compressor can run with high speed. Ordinary, the frequency is changing from 30Hz to 130HZ.When the temperature of the refrigerator reaches the set temperature, it will run with lower speed and keep the temperature, This mode will reduce energy consumption and the noise, also it can prolong the life of the refrigerator.
