Answer:

1.Remove all packing materials

2.When unpacking some condensate water maybe seen on the plastic bag and around the door glass.

It is normal because the washing machine has been tested in the factory.

3.Check all the accessories including the Warranty Card have been provided.

Note: the manual and warranty card are usually placed under the under the machine and on top of the bottom packing tray. The hose and U bracket are inside the drum.
