Answer: The moisture which comes from the food and come into the refrigerator when the door is open condenses, because the temperature of the fridge air duct cover and the air outlet is lower(about -20℃ ),the coagulated moisture will become the grain of ice, but when the refrigerator is running, by the air circulation, the grain of ice will become little and disappear, the refrigerator runs normally.
2)There is condensation on the liner or the shelves.
Answer: When the refrigerator is working in summer, the temperature difference is higher, when open the door, the hot high humidity air goes into the fridge, it touches the liner and shelf and condenses. but when the refrigerator is running, by the air circulation, the grain of water will become little and disappear, the refrigerator runs normally.
