Question: Wifi not working

Answer:


  1. Check if the TV WiFi switch is on.

  2. Check your wireless router Settings, make sure the wireless signal is normal

  3. Check if the location of the WiFi device is too far from the TV .

  4. Restart the TV.

  5. Make a factory reset to see if it is restored.
