1. First of all, regardless of the reason for the product's damage, you can request the on-site delivery personnel to replace it.

2. Please check if the appearance of the packaging box is damaged. If the damaged area is consistent with the damaged area of the product, it is considered as transportation impact damage.

3. Please check if the sealing tapes on the top and bottom of the packaging box are double-sealed. If there are multiple overlapping tapes, the existing tape does not match the original tape's sticking marks, etc., it is considered as double-sealing, and the products inside the box will be replaced during transportation.
