1. Please check whether the drainage pipe of the machine is oblate or bent. If it is oblated or bent, please straighten the oblated or bent drainage pipe.

2. If it is not oblated or bent, please check whether there is any foreign object blocking the drain pipe mouth?

2.1 If it is blocked, please use disposable chopsticks or other items to remove the blockage at the drain outlet and observe its use.

2.2 If it is not blocked, please check whether the filter is blocked because it has not been cleaned for a long time or large residues have not been pretreated in advance?

2.2.1 if clogged, please remove the filter, remove the blockage, and rinse with water, the filter is also flushed synchronously, clean and reinstall.

2.2.2 If the is not blocked, please ask whether there is no dishwashing powder or dishwashing blocks added during the washing process? If you do not add dishwashing powder or dishwashing blocks, it will cause the turbidity sensor to adhere to scale and drainage problems. Please add white vinegar to the machine and restart the program to try the machine.
