Question: Water accumulation at the bottom of the dishwasher

Answer:

1. Please first confirm whether there is water under the filter or water at the bottom of the machine above the filter?

Unscrew the filter, there is water below the filter.

1.1 there is water under the filter, it is a normal phenomenon, the water under the filter is used to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside, to avoid the water in the drainage pipe flowing back to the machine, and also to prevent the odor in the sewer pipe from returning to the inside of the machine, similar to the U-shaped pipe of the sewer pipe at home. This part of the water generally does not exceed the surface of the filter. Before the next work, the residual water will be discharged first, and then the water will enter the work. Please rest assured to use it.

1.2 If the filter is not opened, there is water accumulation above the filter/at the bottom of the machine.

1.2.1 turn the filter counterclockwise and check if it is clogged with food residue

1.2.1.1 the filter is not blocked, please check whether the drain pipe of the dishwasher is hung above 40cm, the drain pipe of the dishwasher is not hung high, please hang the drain pipe high, and fix the drain pipe to other sewer pipes with wire clips or ropes. If it is not hung high, there will be a situation of siphon backflow. The drain pipe is hung high normally; if the drain pipe is hung high normally, please check whether a garbage disposal is installed at home? If not installed, we will arrange for an after-sales service technician to come and handle it for you; if installed, may I ask if the drain pipe of your garbage disposal is below the drain pipe of the dishwasher? If not, we will arrange for an after-sales services specialist to come and handle it for you. If so, please check if the garbage disposal drain pipe is blocked, causing sewage to pour into the dishwasher. If it is blocked, we suggest that you contact the garbage disposal manufacturer for processing.

1.2.1.2 the filter is clogged, please clean the filter.
