1. Is your dishwasher a countertop dishwasher? If so, E2 is the alarm code for a dishwasher drainage issue. Please check if the drain pipe of the machine is flattened or bent?
1.1 If the drain pipe is flattened or bent, please straighten it;
1.2 If the drain pipe is neither flattened nor bent, please remove it from the drain tee/ floor drain and check whether there are any blockages at the drain outlet?
1.2.1 If there are no foreign objects, please check whether the filter is clogged due to long-term non-cleaning or large residues not being pre-treated in advance?
1.2.1.1 If it is not blocked, may I ask if you did not add dishwasher detergent (tablet) during the washing process? If dishwasher detergent (tablet) has been added, we will arrange for after-sales service to come to your home for handling; if dishwasher detergent (tablet) has not been added, it will cause scale to adhere to the turbidity sensor, triggering an alarm. You can add white vinegar to the machine and restart the program to test the machine;
1.2.1.2 If blocked, remove the filter (the filter is located at the bottom inside the machine;), clear the blockage, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, and simultaneously rinse the filter screen, then try restarting the machine;
1.2.2 If there is a foreign object, please use disposable chopsticks or other items to remove the blockage from the drain outlet.
