1. F5X indicates an alarm for the upper lid assist device of the drawer dishwasher. Please remove the tableware and run the dishwasher empty to observe if the code is displayed?
1.1 If it does not display, please rest assured that the machine is normal. The alarm is caused by the tableware being placed above the upper limit of the drawer. Please reposition the tableware so that its height does not exceed the upper inner edge of the drawer.
1.2 If it is displayed, we will arrange for after-sales service to visit your location for handling.
