Question: Question: Why there is excessive foam in the drum during washing cycle? 

Answer:

Excessive foam may be caused by high dosing ratio or the use of concentrated/high-foam detergent. 


Please decrease the dosing ratio by pressing the “Detergent” button repeatedly before starting the cycle.


 The lower ratio dispenses less liquid.
