You should always check the food is put in the correct location in the fridge freezer. Fruit, vegetables and eggs, if you need to store when in the fridge, should be put in the vegetable drawers to avoid frost damage.
Fresh dairy products, meat, fish etc. should be kept in the main part of the fridge compartment.
The compartment temperatures are recommended to be -18C for the freezer and 2C to 4C for the fridge compartment.
