Troubleshooting

1. Small-capacity desktop dishwasher installed on the countertop: Please operate and press the pause button on the control panel, open the door slightly, add tableware after the hot air is released, and then close the door and restart it. Be sure to add tableware after the hot air is released to avoid burns.

Drawer dishwasher: Please double-click the door body, that is, use your finger to continuously tap the door body twice. When the indicator light is blue, the program will pause, open a small part of the drawer, wait for the heat to dissipate, and then slowly open it. Be careful not to be burned by the hot steam. After adding the tableware, close the door directly, and the program will start automatically.

3. Asian/European/independent dishwasher with front door in front of the door: Please operate and press the pause button on the control panel, open the door slightly, add tableware after the hot air is released, and then close the door and press the pause/start button to restart. During the operation, be sure to operate after the hot air is released to avoid burns.

4. Asian/European/freestanding dishwasher with the front door of the control panel at the top of the door: You can operate the door directly, and the program will automatically pause. Be sure to open a small part first, wait for the heat to dissipate, and then slowly open it. After adding the tableware, close the door directly, and the program will start automatically. Be careful not to be burned by the hot steam during the operation.
