Troubleshooting

1. Unplug the dishwasher power plug.

2. Take out the filter. The methods for taking out different types of dishwashers are slightly different: for desktop (Xiaohaibei) dishwashers, lift the shelf and drawer backwards, take out the chopstick cage, flip the chopstick cage bracket and stand-alone dishwashers backwards, and take out or lift the shelf.

3. Rotate the filter counterclockwise and remove it. It is normal to have water under the filter.

4. First, hold one side of the filter cover and rotate it to separate it from the handle, and then completely separate the two parts. Note: Do not try to hold the filter cover on both sides and pull it apart from the handle, as this will cause damage to the filter.

5. Rinse the split filter under running water.

6. Carefully remove the flat filter, rinse it under running water, and then wipe it clean with a damp cloth. (Special reminder: before cleaning the tableware, pour the large pieces of residue in the tableware into the trash can to avoid directly putting it into the dishwasher, causing blockage.)
