Question: Why is the water dispenser's cooling indicator light flashing? How to handle it?
Answer:

The flashing cooling indicator light is a fault warning, mainly caused by "cold tank temperature sensor (NTC) fault". The handling method is similar to the flashing heating indicator:

1. Fault Location:

   - Sensor Open/Short Circuit: Unable to detect the cold tank temperature normally, resulting in inaccurate control of the cooling system;

   - Line Issue: The sensor connecting line is loose, aged, or bitten by mice (rare, mostly in humid environments).

2. Preliminary Checks:

   - Power Reset: Disconnect the power for 10 seconds and restore power to eliminate temporary signal faults;

   - Environment Check: Confirm the unit is not damp or soaked in liquid (humidity can cause sensor short circuit).

3. After-sales Handling:

   - The cold tank temperature sensor is located inside the unit, requiring professional personnel to open the side cover for testing. Users must not operate by themselves;

   - When contacting after-sales, state "cooling indicator light flashing" and the model number. After-sales will bring a suitable sensor accessory for on-site replacement, with a repair time of about 20 minutes.

Usage Suggestions:

- The normal temperature water function can be used before the fault is repaired;

- Regularly clean up debris around the unit, keep it ventilated and dry, and extend the sensor service life.
