Question: What should I do if the water from the dispenser has an odor or plastic smell?
Answer:

Water odor is mostly caused by new machine residues or long-term non-cleaning. Handle according to the situation:

1. First Use of New Machine (Plastic Smell) :

   - Cause: Internal pipelines and water tanks are new plastic parts with slight residues from the production process;

   - Solution: Continuously flush with 2-3 buckets of normal temperature water, specific steps:

     ① Install the water bucket and let it stand for 5 minutes;

     ② Continuously drain normal temperature water until one bucket is empty;

     ③ Replace with a new water bucket and repeat 2-3 times to eliminate the odor.

2. After Long-term Use (Odor):

   - Cause: Scale residue, bacterial growth in the tank and pipelines, or expired water in the bucket;

   - Solution:

     ① Replace with a new unexpired water bucket;

     ② Contact after-sales for on-site deep cleaning (clean the tank and pipelines, replace the filter);

     ③ Professional cleaning is recommended every 3-6 months.

Usage Suggestions:

- Avoid using water buckets that have been stored for more than 1 month;

- Close the water intake door in time after taking water to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering the unit.
