Question: What should I do if the water dispenser's faucet drips or leaks?
Answer:

Faucet leakage is mostly due to seal aging or installation issues. Handling steps:

1. Temporary Handling:

   - Use a container to catch dripping water to avoid wetting the floor;

   - Temporarily reduce the use frequency of this faucet and prioritize the other faucet (for dual-faucet models).

2. Cause Judgment:

   - Slight Dripping: Mostly due to aging of the water outlet gasket (wear from long-term use);

   - Continuous Leakage: May be due to loose or damaged faucet valve core, or leakage at the connecting pipe interface.

3. Professional Handling:

   - Faucet accessories (gaskets, valve cores) are dedicated parts and need to be replaced with original accessories;

   - Self-disassembly is not recommended (easy to damage threads or seal structure), please contact after-sales for on-site replacement, which usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Prevention Tips:

- Press and release the faucet button gently when taking water, avoid excessive force;

- Check if the faucet is loose regularly (every 3 months) and tighten it in time (after-sales operation recommended).
