Question: What should I do if the hot water from the dispenser is not hot enough?
Answer:

Insufficient hot water temperature is mostly due to usage habits or buffering issues, which can be solved by the following methods:

1. Trigger Reheating: Hot water will naturally cool down (not reaching the heating threshold) after long-term standing. First drain 500-800ml of hot water, the machine will automatically trigger reheating, wait 5-8 minutes before taking water.

2. Reduce Continuous Use: Taking a large amount of hot water in a short time (e.g., consecutive cups) will make the heating speed unable to keep up. It is recommended to take water in batches with 3-5 minute intervals.

3. Ambient Temperature Impact: Low room temperature in winter accelerates heat loss. Place an insulation baffle around the dispenser (avoid blocking the heat dissipation port) to reduce temperature loss.

Prevention Tips:

- Avoid long-term non-use of hot water (it is recommended to take water at least 1-2 times a day) to prevent continuous temperature drop;

- If the temperature is consistently insufficient (below 85℃), it may be due to heating tube power attenuation, contact after-sales for testing.
