Question: What should I do if the water dispenser fails to heat?
Answer:

Failure to heat is usually caused by protection function activation or setting issues. Troubleshoot in the following steps:

1. Dry-heat Protection Reset:

   - If the machine triggers dry-heat protection due to water shortage, first disconnect the power supply (safety first);

   - Locate the "thermostat" (red reset button, usually near the heating component) on the back of the unit, press it until a "click" sound is heard;

   - After resetting, install the water bucket, confirm water flows into the heating tank before restoring power.

2. Switch Check: Confirm the heating function switch is in the "on" position (some models require separate activation of the heating button).

3. Power Check: Check if the power plug is tightly inserted and the socket is powered (test with other appliances).

Professional Service:

If heating still fails after the above checks, it may be a heating tube or mainboard fault. Do not disassemble by yourself, please call the official after-sales hotline for maintenance.
