Troubleshooting

There are two drainage methods based on the dispenser type. Disconnect the power supply first before operation:

【Top-loading Dispenser】

1. Power Preparation: Turn off the main power, switch off heating/cooling functions, and remove the top water bucket; cover the "smart seat" (bucket connector) with a clean cloth to prevent dust.

2. Main Drainage: Locate the drain valve on the back of the unit, open it to drain water; tighten the valve after water stops flowing.

3. Cold Tank Drainage: Press and hold the cold water outlet button to drain residual water until no more water flows.

【Bottom-loading Dispenser】

1. Power Preparation: Turn off the main power and switch off heating/cooling functions.

2. Main Drainage: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the middle partition (above the bucket area), tighten it after water stops flowing.

3. Cold Tank Drainage: Press the cold water outlet button to drain residual water until no more water flows.

Usage Tip:

- When reusing after drainage, install the water bucket and let it stand for 2 minutes;

- Press the normal water button, confirm normal water flow before turning on the power to avoid dry-heating damage.
