Question: When the product fails to work and the LED displays abnormally, which parts need to be checked in sequence?
Answer:
A: Check the following three points in order:

  1. Check if the dust cup is clogged (either the dust cup chamber or the filter)

  1. Check if the metal filter is clogged

  1. Check if the exhaust filter is clogged

Clean them one by one and then check if the unit returns to normal operation.
