Question: Water dripping from the door and shelf.

Reason:

1,If you put too much goods in the chamber or near the back of chamber.it will influence the air circulation and result to temperature difference. It will cause condensation at last.
2,The goods in the chamber are too moist or too hot. If there is too much moisture, it is easily to be the condensation in the chamber because of the low temperature.
3,Open door frequently and cause the warm air flow through the door and result to the condensation.

How to solve:

1, Do not put too much or hot goods in the chamber.
2, The temperature should be set a little higher.
For mechanical models:Adjust thermostat on 1-3 position;
For temperature sensor models:Adjust temperature about  5-7℃.   
3, Do not open the door too frequently or open much time once.

In addition: When it comes into monsoon, the air are moist and hot. Because of the different  temperature and moist air, it is easily to be frost in the freezer. So in this period, you'd better change your thermostat to the lower position which can decrease the different temperature between the inside and outside of the freezer.
