Question: Key adjustment is out of control

Reason 1:
Blank screen. It can't light with any keys pressed.
1)Power supply is failure or there is something wrong with the refrigerator.
---Firstly check whether the refrigerator is connected to the power supply, and then disconnect the refrigerator from power supply and reconnect it to check whether the screen is light. (If still have problem, please call a service)

Reason2:
2)Adjustment of refrigerator with touch control function is not working or adjust operation is not right.
---While adjusting such refrigerator please do not apply too much force as it is adjusted by conduction performance rather than pressing keys. We only need to touch the screen gently. Applying too much force may cause movement of parts and affect adjustment performance.
If the problem is not resolved,please call a service
