Question: How to unpacking the machine?

Answer:

1.Remove all packing materials.

2.When unpacking some condensation maybe seen on the plastic bag and around the door glass. The condensation is normal and is a result of the washing machine being tested in the factory.

3.Check all the accessories including the Warranty Card have been supplied.

Note: the manual and warranty card are usually placed under the under the machine and on top of the bottom packing tray. The hose and U bracket are inside the drum.
