Reason:There is too much foam in the washing machine, caused by to much detergent or incorrect type of detergent.
Solution:This is usually caused by using a washing powder or detergent that is NOT for use with automatic washing machines. The washing machine can detect too much foam because the motor is using to much current, and will automatically do additional rinse cycles to try to clear the foam. If the extra rinse cycles fail to clear the foam, the wash program will end without spinning and the laundry will be very wet and soapy. To remove the extra soap in the laundry, reselect the program DO NOT add any more washing powder or detergent.
