Question: The door lock light does not illuminate and washing machine does not work. Audio alarm beeps once then stops for 1 minute.

Answer:

Reason:The door was not shut properly before starting.

Solution:Please open the door and close it again then press the “Start/Pause” button.
If  the error is still exist, please  unplug the machine and close the water tap, then call for service.
