Question: The door lock light flashes 4 times and stops for 4 seconds then repeats. Audio alarm beeps 4 times then stops for 1 minute. The water heater does not work.

Reason:Water heater error (Only displayed at the end of a wash cycle).
Solution:Select a lower water temperature setting and try again.
If the error is still exist, please unplug the machine and close the water tap, then call for service.
