Power off, and open the bottom cover of the refrigerator, if you find the container is full of water, you can clean the water out by the towel.
If the container is on the compressor, you can pull and remove it, and then clean the water out.
There are some damping cements on the top of the compressor, if you remove the container, it may be broken. Thus we advise you don’t remove it, and you can use the towel to clean the water.
If the container is beside the compressor, and fixed on the compressor bracket; you could not remove it, and you should use the towel to clean the water out.
Notice: when you clean the water, be careful not to spill the water on the electrical parts beside the compressor.
The reason of water leakage: the defrost water flows to the container and evaporates; commonly, the water will evaporate completely. If the humidity is very high and you frequently open and close the door, or you put the food with high humidity, the defrost water will increase, and the water will not evaporate completely.
So, you should notice not to frequently open and close the door or wrap the high humidity food stored in the refrigerator.
If you find it is another reason causing the water leakage, please call for service.
