Question: HB26 series door opening and closing alarm faults

Answer:

Method 1

Step 1: Turn on the video recording of three mobile phones and place them respectively in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping compartment, upper freezer compartment and lower freezer compartment.
Step  2: Cut off and restore the power supply of the refrigerator.
Step 3: One minute later, take out the mobile phone, save the video, and check through the video which room's light remains on for a long time (not briefly lit), to determine the door opening alarm failure in the room with the light on.
Step 4: If it is determined that there is a fault in the freezer compartment, then determine the fault of the door opening alarm of the corresponding door (upper freezer or lower freezer). If it is determined that there is a fault in the fresh-keeping compartment, proceed to step 5.
Step 5: Cut off and restore the power supply of the refrigerator, open the left door, and attach a magnet to the position of the left door's magnetic switch (see the figure below). If the light in the fresh-keeping compartment does not go out, it is determined that the right door has a fault. The determination process must be completed within 7 minutes. (The determination method for the left door is the same as that for the right door.)

Note: Steps 1 to 3 can also be achieved by placing one mobile phone in the refrigerator, the freezer compartment, and the lower freezer compartment respectively, for multiple observations to determine which door body has the door opening alarm malfunction.

Method 2 (This plan should be carried out while the refrigerator is continuously sounding the alarm):

Step 1: Open any of the refrigeration doors and check if the light is on. If it is on, troubleshoot the refrigeration door issue; if it is not on, it is confirmed as a refrigeration door fault. Power on the refrigerator and open the left door. Place a magnet at the position of the magnetic sensor switch (as shown in the figure below). If the refrigeration light does not go out, it is determined that the right door is faulty. The determination process should be completed within 7 minutes. (The determination method for the left door is the same as that for the right door.)
Step 2: Open the upper freezer door and check if the light is on. If it is on, troubleshoot the upper freezer door issue; if it is not on, it is confirmed as an upper freezer door fault.

Step 3: Open the lower freezer door and check if the light is on. If it is on, troubleshoot the lower freezer door issue; if it is not on, it is confirmed as a lower freezer door fault.
