Issue:

Customer can’t set any function.

For instance:

1 - The refrigerator is on “Fruit and vegetable” function.

2 - Customer try to set “Cool Drink”.

3 - After 2 seconds the display disables this option and returns to “Fruit and vegetable”.

Sollution:

The problem seems to be a communication failure between the main control board and the display board. 

The troubleshooting steps are as follows:

1. Confirm whether there is an E0 fault in the fault code.

2. If there is an E0 fault, you can try replacing the display board or use a multimeter to check if the several communication wires are connected.
