Question: Why cannot remove individual ice cubes?
Answer:
Phenomenon：
The ice maker makes ice cubes, which fall into a container.
When the customer pulls out the container, they see the ice cubes frozen in a single sheet.
The customer cannot remove individual ice cubes .
Sollution:
The water pump under the glass panel, need to replace.
