Question: How to do if the drain hole was blocked?

Answer:

Phenomenon:

it was not solved by cleaning. The black paste that comes from the evaporator coil melts and falls into the drain hole, blocking it.

Solution:

Refrigeration is different from freezing. It is not a long-term low-temperature environment.

There is a lot of moisture, and the evaporator undergoes alternating cold and hot conditions,

causing the gelatin to absorb water and then undergo freezing and thawing.

Additionally, the refrigerated fruit contains a lot of acid substances, which are prone to melting due to the acid.

It is recommended to replace the gelatin in refrigeration.
