Freezer cellar set to -18 after a few days drops to -27 if it is unplugged and then plug it back in for 2/3 days it respects the set temperature then goes back to -27.
The engineer replaced the freezer air duct complete with temperature probe, then power board and finally the display board but the problem persists.
Solution:
1. Please check if the refrigerator has entered the rapid freezing mode.
Because in the rapid freezing state, the temperature of the freezer compartment can drop to -27℃.
2.Please check if the cooling of the refrigerator compartment is normal and if it can reach the set temperature.
If the refrigerator compartment cannot reach the temperature continuously,
the freezer will also start to cool, resulting in a decrease in the temperature of the freezer compartment.
