Question: Why does the water heater heat slower in winter?

Answer:

In winter, the incoming water temperature is low, so the heating time naturally increases. This is normal operation, not a fault. It can be improved by turning on continuous heating mode, raising the set temperature, reducing water flow, using a handheld showerhead, and avoiding long continuous water discharge.
