1.Firstly, I checked the in control mode in the BMS system. The "centroal" mode was selected, but even if I switch to "post" mode the wired controller was locked and the indoor unit stopped running.;2. So I think this may be caused by unpaid electrictiy bills. I checked the billing setting, the customer didn't use the billing but the recharge mode was set. After cancling the recharge mode, the system work normally.
