Question: Refrigerator with display panel not cooling
Answer:
If your product has next problems, please call service at once:
1.The power is normal, but the product is not working more than 1hour, it means you can’t hear working sound and both sides(or back side) are not hot.
2.The product is working, but the food in the freezer is soft.
