Question: Why is the heating indicator on but no hot water comes out?
Answer:
The lit heating indicator means the heater is working normally. Troubleshoot in three steps:
Make sure the hot water outlet valve is fully open.
Check if the set temperature is too low.
Insufficient heating time leads to low water temperature, wait until heating is finished before use.
If there is still no hot water after checking, please arrange after-sales maintenance.
