Question: Why does water turn yellow on a new heater at first use?

Answer:

Yellow water from a new heater is usually caused by residual debris in pipes or valve rust. Heat water to 60°C and flush repeatedly with full hot water flow to improve. For older units, clean the tank regularly; contact after‑sales service if flushing does not work.
