Question: Displays error code E1 or CLR FLTR - FL WM

Answer:

Reason ： Drainage error.


Solution ：

Step 1:  Clean pump filter.

Step 2:  Check  drain hose installation. The installation height of the upper drainage pipe should be in 80cm-100cm, and the installation height of the lower drainage pipe should be less than 10cm.


If the problem is not solved, it is likely drainage pump failuer, please contact our service center for help.
