HAIER PAKISTAN WINS RECOGNITION AT THE GLOBAL SERVICE SUMMIT HELD IN CHINA
Haier Pakistan has been awarded the ‘Best Service System Award’ at Haier’s Global Service Summit held in Qingdao, China.
A major factor in Haier’s popularity, apart from innovation, engineering design, overall product quality and user-friendliness, is the brand’s exceptional “After Sales Service”. Consumers have come to appreciate and rely on some of the key features of Haier Service which is available in all major urban centers throughout Pakistan. Managed by the Customer Service Department (CSD) Haier’s after sales service philosophy is based in the concept of ‘taking service to the door step of the customer. This policy has really paid off. A performance analysis carried out by CSD shows a high degree of customer satisfaction, based on complaint resolution ranging between 91% and 100%.
These are numbers that have set a new industry standard in providing prompt and highly satisfactory After Sales Service which in turn has given Haier an enviable base of loyal customers throughout Pakistan.
In recognition of this significant achievement, Haier Pakistan Service Team visited Qingdao, China, where the team leader Mr. Muhammad Akbar received the ‘Best Service System Award’ given at the end of Haier’s Global Service Summit.
