1 - GENERAL RULES
In accordance with that established below, HAIER Pakistan referred to the following as “Haier” offers its customers a product warranty validation period when the Haier Product has been purchased and under normal use.
After registration customer get two SMS,
1- Customer get Complaint number & Service Engineer contact information
2- Customer get the complaint number & 4 Digit Satisfaction code.
Customer can share the Satisfaction code with Service Engineer once get resolution of his product problem from Service engineer.
in case of any service support requirement. It requires original warranty card or original cash memo of the relevant product.
This rule applies to all Haier Products like Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens and LCD / LED & Kitchen Small Domestic appliance.
Duration: Haier offers the product wise warranty durations to facilitate our valued customers;
Within one year from DOP free transportation warranty applicable for all Haier product. (Excluding ASC area)
· It is Customer responsibility to carry Small Appliance like Juicer, Blender, Iron, Toaster, Sandwich Maker & Vacum Cleaner at Service Center.
· Within one-year free visit of service engineer warranty applicable for all Haier products.
· Within one-year free parts repair / replacement warranty applicable for all products.
Refrigerator, Air Conditioner & Deep Freezer.
Within one-year free refrigerant / gas charging warranty applicable for Ref, DF & AC, after one year refrigerant / gas charging will be applied on customer account.
Fully Auto Washing Machine
Semi Auto Washing Machine
Micro Wave Oven
Warranty of above-mentioned parts will be followed as per warranty terms that written on each product warranty card.
Territory: This warranty is valid only for services whose being provided in Pakistan.
Validity of warranty:
It is applied that you are the first/ original purchaser of this unit, provided you have purchased this unit from a Haier Authorized Dealer and it is not transferable.
This card must be properly filled, with date of purchase & dealer stamped and dated at the time of purchase.
2 – LIMITATIONS
Haier is not responsible for any service costs due to the following reasons below. The cost of labor and parts for the intervention may be charged to the customer:
· Faults due to customer misuse and/or improper use and/or not respecting that stated in the user manual accompanying the product at the time of sale, or due to lightning or other weather phenomena, over/under voltage, Voltage fluctuations, and over current or insufficient or irregular electric power supply, Load shading, inadequate ventilation, incorrect use or non-compliance with the technical and/or safety requirements in Pakistan. Haier will not be responsible to compensate any damage caused by such products.
· Faults caused by operations or modifications to the product carried out by an unauthorized person and compensation for any damage caused by such products.
· Fault or loss from work to be done with ladders, trucks, scaffolding or other lifting systems or equipment.
· Product is checked / repaired or any part replaced through any unauthorized person or unauthorized service center.
· Accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, improper user, or non-use of the product, damage caused by loss of information, stored by the customer in any form, or for loss of food due to failure of the refrigeration system.
· Failure to follow the Haier Service Engineer advice to the customer on how to operate and maintain the product (instructions are also found in user manual supplied along with each product)
