Air Fryers – Worth the Hype?

Before we deep dive into it, let’s first address how an air fryer actually functions. Quite frankly, how an air fryer works is exactly as the name says it to be – it fries the air. Well, technically.

Air fryers are designed to mimic the results of deep-frying with nothing more than hot air and little to no oil. Without going too much into the science of it all, what you need to know is that it functions just as it says, by being an amped up countertop convection oven.

Initially, many were using their air fryers in substitute of foods that are typically deep-fried, such as frozen foods, but Haier’s latest additions, the HA-AF30A and HA-AF50D Air Fryers set out to achieve way more than the ordinary with convenient, versatile frying. You can make almost anything with your Haier Air Fryer – even a Sunday roast!

So, now you know how it functions, what about their features? How would it differ from your standard cooking method?

One Appliance, A Variety of Foods

Not only will this help you clear out your kitchen footprint, but it’s super convenient for those times when you’re craving a BBQ yet have no idea how to operate a grill.

 Delicious Foods, Minus the Fats

According to the great power of the Internet, air frying significantly reduces fat in your foods by 80%. Though the actual percentage differs from source to source, the figures unquestionably agrees that air frying your foods is definitely a healthier option in terms of fat and oil consumption as compared to traditional cooking means!

Don’t Sweat It. Literally

A feature that should be high up on the list when you’re considering to buy an air fryer is the minor inconveniences it unravels. Be it on a stove or an oven, these cooking methods omit an excessive amount of heat – especially for meals that require an amount of time to prepare. Let’s not compete with our weather and leave the warmth to the Malaysian heat and the precise heat temperature inside the air fryer.

The Perfect Setting

Here’s where Haier takes the cake in its immersive designs. Not only are the air fryers super easy to get to the right temperature, but with the HA-AF50D large capacity Air Fryer, it’s intuitive displays allows you to customise your temperature down to the exact unit.

Won’t Smoke or Stink Up the Kitchen

This feature is more vital than you think it actually is. Not only does this make for easier clean up, but it ensures your home air is healthier. What happens in the air fryer, stays in the air fryer – smoke, oil, and all.
