Professional Smart & Healthy Air Solutions

The new UV Cool Premium (VXA) and UV Cool Smart (VRA) series air conditioners feature built-in Wi-Fi modules, allowing you to control your air conditioner anytime, anywhere with the Haismart application on your phone or tablet.

In an effort to promote healthier living, the air conditioners have UVC sterilisation technology. It helps purify the air by emitting UVC band rays while generating positive and negative ions to inhibit transmission of harmful airborne bacteria, viruses, and other harmful particles. The technology has been certified to a 99.991% efficiency rate in removing SARS-CoV-2 by Texcell, and a 99% virus removal rate by SGS.

For commercial use, the new Haier light commercial air conditioners are also equipped with the same features as the VXA and VRA home conditioners series.

Smarter Food Storage

In today’s connected world, users seek to manage household appliances from wherever they are. Enter Haier’s new HRF-IM758LXG (B) 4-door refrigerator (fridge) that incorporates Haismart application to provide ultimate convenience to users. After connecting the fridge to a Wi-Fi network, users can remotely perform food management, mode control, temperature control, and even receive personalised tips on recipes via the app. The fridge itself has a built-in touchscreen to help adjust the temperature and other settings in an intuitive and elegant way in person.

Another neat feature is the Daylight feature that provides better and more even illumination throughout the fridge. This feature which will resonate with many home users gradually lights up from the back to the front when the door is opened for greater visibility, even in the dark.

Alongside the, Haier Malaysia also announced the imminent arrival of the HRF-IG585EM (GB) and HRF-IM585EM (FB) 4-door fridge models.

All three fridges come with Humidity Control System (HCS) Plus technology to regulate humidity levels within the crisper drawer. This helps keep temperature at an optimal level for fruits and vegetables to remain fresh for longer. Besides the humidity-controlled crisper drawer, a dry zone is provided to accommodate users’ storage needs based on ingredients that cannot be exposed to excessive humidity such as dried seafood like ikan bilis.

Chillers for Optimally Stored Wines

Haier also announced that it will be introducing its first wine chillers for Malaysia in 2024 - the WS-198 and WS-118. These wine chillers feature Natural Air Flow System technology to better maintain constant temperature and retain humidity. Quality of wines stored in these chillers will be retained for longer thanks to optimal temperature regulation.

To meet diverse needs, Haier is introducing the UR-331BK, UR-261BK, and UR-181BK Upright Freezers. These freezers provide flexibility in being used as a freezer or fridge simply by adjusting the temperature through the digital panel. The sleek black design and electronic touch control enhance the appearance of this Upright Freezer, making them a suitable addition in any kitchen.

Upping the Ante in Smart Convenience for Washing

Doing laundry has just become more convenient with the upcoming Haier BD14266S8 front load washing machine. The model is Wi-Fi compatible, allowing users to control the washer from anywhere inside the house. It also comes with a vivid and elegant Colour Ai display panel for more precise control over settings, enhancing the user experience compared to ordinary front load washing machines.

Meanwhile, the BD2178S8 top load washing machine is equipped with Auto Dosing technology that enables users to optimise their laundry product usage, avoiding waste and reducing residue on clothes for an outstanding cleaning experience. The Auto Dosing technology will automatically dispense the required amount of liquid detergent based on each wash cycle and load. Users only need to top up the laundry product compartments once when required.

Revitalising Shower Experience

Following the launch of the F series in October, Haier is expanding its water heater line-up with the introduction of the K Series featuring Shock Proof Technology specifically engineered to prevent situations of electricity leakage and Earth-leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) failure that may pose a risk of electric shock. This technology transforms high voltage electrical current in the water into a lower voltage, ensuring a safer shower experience.

Elegantly designed in Matte Black, the K Series water heater will also feature a square rain shower that can add a unique touch to users’ bathrooms.

Elevating Home Cooking

For those who enjoy a good homecooked meal, Haier is introducing new hood and hobs to elevate their experience. The HH-GT6907GB is a powerful yet quiet hood, equipped with a large bionic volute design that contributes to a strong, unrestricted airflow of 2200m³/h, coupled with super-low noise performance.

Reducing the potential of a smoggy kitchen, the hood’s AI Smart Air Flow automatically increases suction power when resistance is detected to maintain throughput and suction efficiency, an ideal hood for those who cook frequently or houses that require long piping installation method.

The HH-GT6907GB is capable of Hob-to-Hood Connection via Bluetooth to operate automatically when the hob is switched on, and shut off when the hob is not in use. This reduces the need for users to touch the control panel with greasy hands or hassle free for those who tend to forget turn on/off the kitchen hood.

Complementing the hood are the HC-Q893STGB, HC-Q872PTGB, and HC-Q872PTDG hobs. They feature a Timer Setting which automatically shuts off gas supply once the timer runs out to avoid potential hazardous accidents. It also helps with slow-cooking foods such as porridge or soups as users need not worry about forgetting to turn off the hob that may lead to dry burns or other accidents.

Another useful feature is the Flexible Cut-out Size which enables the changing of hobs without having to alter their cabinet cut-out size. This makes it easy for users who wish to change their existing hobs with a new one as they do not have to worry about exact dimensions.

Amplifying the Thrill of Entertainment

Haier recently debuted its first OLED TV in Malaysia, the H65C900UX (65”) and H55C900UX (55”) with 120Hz 4K (3840x2160) OLED displays that deliver unparalleled picture quality. Coupled with built-in Dolby Atmos audio system complete with Harman Kardon 2.1 Surround speakers, these TVs are bound to elevate users’ entertainment watching experience.

In addition to the unveiling of its new products, Haier Malaysia also extended its partnership with national men’s doubles shuttlers Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik.
