The Haier Malaysia Day HWD100-BP14959S8 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Promotion, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Promotion and agree to abide by them.

1.  Promotion Period

16^th September 2022 to 30^th September 2022 nationwide (“Promotion Period”).

2.  Eligibility

a.    This Promotion is open to all individual residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above (“Participant”).

b.    Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent in law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3.  How to Participate

a.      Purchase Haier HWD100-BP14959S8 (“Eligible Product”) stated below throughout the Promotion Period.

b.      Every purchase of the Eligible Product is entitled for one (1) free gift A and B as stated below (“Free Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis and while stocks last.

4.  To redeem the Free Gift(s):   

Redemption period

16^th September 2022 to 16^th October 2022 for West Malaysia

16^th September 2022 to 31^st October 2022 for East Malaysia.

            Free Gift A Redemption

a.     Participant shall take a picture and/or scan copy of the proof of purchase, example, invoice or purchase receipt;

b.     Upload the proof of purchase picture and fill in details required under the redemption form (“Redemption Form”) and submit at https://bit.ly/3RGP60a

Free Gift B Redemption

a.      Downy Premium Parfum Softener 800ml x 2 units shall be sent to recipient upon delivery of the Eligible Product.   

5.  General Terms and Conditions

a.   All required details in the Redemption Form shall be true, accurate, current and complete with the copy of proof of purchase.

b.   All Redemption Form received after 16th October 2022 from West Malaysia Participant shall be considered null and void.

c.   All Redemption Form received after 31st October 2022 from East Malaysia Participant shall be considered null and void.

d.   The Free Gift A shall be made via “direct credit” into Participant’s Touch ‘n Go account. The validation process will take up to 14 to 30 days or more from date of the email and Participant are advised to provide valid and complete personal information especially contact number and e-mail address.

e.   Free Gift B shall be sent to recipient upon washing machine delivery. Participant are advised to provide valid and complete personal information especially residential address.

f.    Haier reserves the right to exchange any Free Gift with other gift or products of similar value without prior notice.

g.   Haier may at its discretion disqualify/reject any Participant who does not completed the required form or comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Promotion and/or its process or the operations of this Promotion. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Promotion and/or Haier’s social media platforms. 

h.   Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Promotion or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Promotion Period or the suspension or termination of this Promotion by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by Participant or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination. 

i.    Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of Participant’s participation in this Promotion. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Promotion due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier. 

j.    Any variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on the Participant and be deemed to be brought to Participant attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms. 

k.   By participating in this Promotion, Participant agree and consent to allow Participant’s personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time.
