Haier WM Front Load HW150-BP14986ES8 Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Haier WM Front Load HW150-BP14986ES8 Promotion (“Campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them.

1.    Campaign Period

This Campaign will commence from 16^th September 2023 – 30^th September 2023 for West Malaysia.

East Malaysia will be from 16^th September 2023 – 15^th October 2023. (“Campaign Period”).

2.    Eligibility

a.    This Campaign is open to all individual residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).

b.    Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent in law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3.      How to Participate

a.       Purchase Haier HW150-BP14986ES8 (“Eligible Products”) stated below throughout the Campaign Period.

b.      Every purchase of the Eligible Product is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Free Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis and while stocks last.

c.       Redemption period starts from 16^th September 2023 – 16^th October 2023 is for West Malaysia, whilst 16^th September 2023 – 31^st October 2023 is for East Malaysia.

Eligible Product and Free Gift

    4.   To redeem the Free Gift:

a.     Participant must take a picture and/or scan copy of the proof of purchase or deposit, example, invoice or purchase receipt;

b.     Upload the proof of purchase picture and fill in details required under the redemption form and submit at

c.     All details of the Participant must be accurate.

d.     All entries received after 30^th September 2023 [23.59PM] will be considered null and void. (West Malaysia)

e.     All entries received after 15^th October 2023 [23.59PM] will be considered null and void. (East Malaysia)

f.      Eligible entries: All forms will be only be deemed eligible when the participant details are complete on the form. Participant must ensure that the details provided in the form are true, accurate, current and complete with the copy of proof of purchase.

g.     The Free Gift shall be sent to recipient upon washing machine delivery.

 5. General Terms and Conditions

a.   Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.

b.  For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Campaign Period or the suspension or termination of this Campaign by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination. 

c.   Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of your participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier. 

d.  The terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

e.   Haier may at its discretion disqualify/reject any Participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign and/or Haier’s social media platforms. 

f.   Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms. 

g.   By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).
