Remarks:
1. Only entry with complete information and documents with payment made will be considered successful. 2, Each player is permitted to register in one event in ONE state challenge only in Haier Cup 2025. Participation in more than one State Challenge is strictly prohibited. 3. There shall be no refund in all cases, including but not limited to walkover/retirement/withdrawal from the tournament. 4. A confirmation message will be sent by WhatsApp for successful registration in 5 working days. 5. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any participation if players are found ineligible.

Condition & Eligibility
| General 1. This tournament is open to all Malaysian players aged 18 and above who meet the eligibility criteria for amateur players.
2. Each player is permitted to register ONCE only in ONE EVENT during Haier Cup 2025. Participation in more than one State Challenge is strictly prohibited.
3. Champions and 1st Runner-Ups in all state challenges are eligible to participate in Grand Finals at their on cost.
4. Participants are required to always carry ID card with them, for validation purposes when necessary. 5. Players with BAM and BWF ID are not allowed. They shall not have represented state/country in any tournaments, including Purple League Professional, MSSM, Sukma or equivalent.

Point System | Rounds before Finals: 1 Game of 30 points, change ends at point 15.

Rules of the Game | 1. As the current BWF law of badminton. 2. The Referee shall be in overall charge of the tournament or event of which a match forms part. 3. The umpire, where appointed, shall oversee the match, the court and its immediate surroundings. The umpire shall report to the Referee. 4. An official’s decision shall be final on all points of fact for which that official is responsible except that if, in the opinion of the umpire, it is beyond reasonable doubt that a line judge has clearly made a wrong call, the umpire shall overrule the decision of the line judge. 5. All players have to report to the official desk on the first day of the tournament at least 45 minutes before the scheduled first game. IDs are compulsory for identification. 6. It shall be the responsibility of each player/ team to be in position on court at the scheduled time. If the player is not present 5 minutes after the official scheduled time a walkover will be given to the opponent. 7. Minimum rest time between 2 consecutive matches is 20 mins from the end of the previous match. 8. No line judges will be provided by the organizer in all State Challenges. Each player is required to bring one line judge to officiate their match. If a player does not provide a line judge, there will be none assigned. However, the referee reserves the right to add or remove line judges as necessary, based on the situation. 9. In the event of any injury or open wound/ bleeding, the match shall be halted while the injury is tended to. A wound should be suitably protected before the player resumes the play.

Participation List | A full list of entries for each State Challenge shall be published on Tournament Software on the Participation List Dates stated above. All players shall check to ensure the registration is done correctly. All amendments shall be done by the Protest & Amendment Deadlines.

Protest | 1. The participation list shall be published on tournament software 6 days before the tournament date (kindly refer to the key dates given above). 2. All players shall check on the full participation list and file the protest before the Protest & Amendment Deadline, if necessary. 3. All protest shall be submitted by email to dm.sports.management@hotmail.com with: 4. All protest on player’s eligibility shall be done by the Protest & Amendment Deadline and the organizer shall not entertain further dispute on players’ qualification after this period. 5. All protest on point of law during tournament shall be done by the player to the umpire (on court) or the referee (off court) immediately on court before starting the next rally.

Readiness to Play | 1. Participants are required to be at the hall 45 minutes before their scheduled match. 2. Players shall refer to the match time and court number given in the draw to get ready in advance. Matches could be called 15 minutes before the scheduled time. 3. A 5 minutes grace period will be given for the players to be on court before a walkover is declared. 4. Tournament time will follow internet time.

Walkover Condition | 1. All player must adhere to the scheduled match time, if a player failed to present within 5 minutes after the official announcement, a walkover will be given to the opponent without any prejudice.
2. A no show for a match or retiring from a match shall be treated as a walkover to the opponent.

Withdrawal/ Substitution | All entry submitted are deemed to be correct and no substitution is allowed after the protest & amendment deadline. Substitution is only allowed before the publication of the draw, and it is subject to the Organizer and Tournament Referee's approval.

Prize Giving Ceremony | Prize giving ceremony will be conducted after all the final matches. All prize winners are required to attend. No sandals are allowed.

Indemnity | To the extent permitted by applicable law, all players and clubs shall release the Tournament Organiser, and their respective officers, officials, employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability, damage, loss, cost or expense that such players and members of the national delegation may incur as a result or in connection with their participation to the Tournament.

Use of Photographs and Videos | Players and all clubs shall agree to give the Tournament Organiser social media and motion picture rights, including permission to film players and clubs’ delegation during all matches and activities around the Tournament, for any commercial, news or other purpose together with the right to transfer such right, including without compensation
