Haier Malaysia #AdaHaierAdaRaya TikTok Challenge Contest Terms and Conditions
This “#AdaHaierAdaRaya” TikTok Challenge Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Haier Malaysia”) and shall run from 13th May 2020 to 15th June 2020, 11:59pm (“Contest Period”)
Haier Malaysia shall reserve the right to extend, shorten or discontinue the Contest Period at its sole discretion
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or above to participate in this Contest.
This contest is only open to Malaysian residents and Malaysia PRs, except Haier Malaysia’s employees.
The Weekly Prize winners will be announced on 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June and 17th June 2020 respectively.
The 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize and The Grand Prize winners will be announced on 19th June 2020.
The winners will be announced by way of postings on Haier Malaysia’s TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram page.
The winners must contact Haier Malaysia on Haier Malaysia’s Facebook page to redeem the prize.
To redeem the prize, the winner must present his/her identification card number or passport bearing the name and number corresponding to the information given/user handle used in the contest submission. Haier may, at its sole and absolute discretion, declare any entry void if the winner fails to produce such proper identification documents.
Winners of the Contest undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information and/or personal data to Haier Malaysia and/or its authorized agents for purpose of validating its participation in the Contest and/or for redeeming and claiming the prizes to the Contest.
By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to all corresponding requirement of processing of personal data, if any, by Haier Malaysia and/or its authorized agents, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Haier Malaysia shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, including without limitation, entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information and failure to comply with the Contest requirement may result in disqualification of entry.
Upon the acceptance of the prize by the winners, the winners shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the Haier Malaysia’s subsequent use of information such as the winners’ name, email addresses, pictures and prizes for publicity, advertising, marketing, promotional events and/or any other purposes and programmes henceforth.
Haier Malaysia shall have the right to replace any winner with another if any winner is subsequently found to be disqualified for any reason.
Haier Malaysia reserves its rights to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute(s).
Haier Malaysia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
All the terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
