Question: In cooling mode, why the outdoor fan dosen't stop, after turn the unit off

Answer:

 

In cooling mode, the outdoor condenser temp and pressure is very high. In order to dissipate the heat,  and reduce pressure, the outdoor fan will run some minutes. This can protect the compressor.
